Site Visits
When you visit this site our Internet Service Provider (ISP) makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:
- Your server address
- Your top level domain name (for example, .com, .gov, .uk etc)
- The pages you accessed and the documents you downloaded
- The type of browser you are using
No attempt is made to individually identify users or their browsing activities except in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the ISP’s logs.
E-mail Communications
Your e-mail address will only be recorded if you choose to send us a message or complete the Online Feedback Form. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list unless agreed. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it without your consent. The Internet is an insecure medium and users should be aware that there are inherent risks in transmitting information across the Internet. Information submitted via e-mail or web forms may be at risk of being intercepted, read or modified. If you do not wish to e-mail or send an online form to the APESB, you can send postal mail to the postal address shown under “Contact Us” on this site. If we ask you for any other Personal Information* and you choose to provide it, we will tell you how we intend to use that Personal Information if you choose to provide it to us. If you wish to review and/or make any necessary corrections to your Personal Information, you can do so by contacting us via the details available under “Contact Us” on this site.
