Outsourced Services

APES GN 30 Outsourced Services (APES GN 30) provides guidance to members in public practice who are involved in providing or utilising outsourced services. It includes guidance in respect of the management of risks associated with outsourced services, terms of the outsourcing agreement and performance of the outsourcing agreement.

APES GN 30 inclides guidance in respect of matters to be included in service level agreements pertaining to outsourced services. The appendix to the guidance note includes examples of outsourced services that are within the scope of the guidance note.
